Trent West

Trent brings 20+ years of senior management experience with direct P&L responsibility: managing budgets, making resource allocation calls, driving stabilisation and growth under commercial pressure.

Through that experience, he developed a structured approach to connecting commercial insight to diagnostic rigour to execution, and built the APG Performance System to make it repeatable. The platform tracks the chain from diagnostic finding to initiative to financial outcome.

APG Partners exists because that model works: an independent, analytically rigorous assessment of the business, followed by the operating infrastructure to act on what it finds.

Adam Woollard

Adam has spent 25 years inside businesses at every level: as an employee, CFO and CEO. He has led companies through the full range of performance challenges, from insolvency to growth and exit.

As CEO of a national group — with Trent as COO — he took a small, underperforming market participant and built it into the largest and most profitable of its kind nationally, delivering a step-change from weekly losses to $10M EBITDA within 18 months. He has also led businesses from insolvency to multi-million dollar exits across other engagements.

Adam joined APG Partners as a co-founder because the model, the platform and the philosophy are precisely what he would have wanted access to throughout his operating career.
